The purpose of this Refunds Policy is to describe how Chapwell Method LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles requests for cancellations and refunds across all of our services, including coaching sessions, courses, and digital resources.

This Refund Policy applies to:
● One-to-one coaching services
● Online courses and live training programs
● Digital resources and downloadable content
● Packages, memberships, and bundled services
Refunds for Coaching Services
● Discovery Calls: Free discovery calls are provided without obligation and are non-refundable if missed.
● Individual Sessions: Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable in full.
● Packages: If you purchase a block of coaching sessions, unused sessions may be refundable at our discretion if cancellation is requested before the package is completed.
Refunds for Courses and Digital Products
● Digital Courses and Resources: Due to the instant accessibility of digital products, these are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
● Live Online Training or Workshops: Refunds may be available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, refunds are not typically offered, but you may request a transfer to a future event (subject to availability).
● Technical Issues: If you encounter access problems with online products, please contact us. We will work promptly to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.
Exceptional Circumstances
We aim to be fair and understanding. Refunds or partial refunds may be considered in exceptional situations at our discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing to Fiona Chapman at [email protected]]. Refund requests will only be considered within 21 days of the purchase date or in the case of a course or block of sessions 21 days from the final session or course date.

● The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.
