Purpose and Who We Are

The purpose of this Safeguarding Policy is to set out our responsibilities and approach to protecting the wellbeing of individuals who engage with Chapwell Method LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment across all of our services, including coaching, courses, events, and online communities.


Scope of This Policy

This Safeguarding Policy applies to:

● All clients, course participants, and community members.

● All employees, contractors, and associates working with Chapwell Method LTD.

● All online and in-person interactions under the Chapwell Method LTD brand.



Our Safeguarding Commitment

We will:

● Provide a safe and respectful environment for all individuals.

● Act promptly and appropriately on any safeguarding concerns raised.

● Respect personal boundaries and ensure that all interactions remain professional.

● Refer individuals to external qualified professionals when support needs are outside the scope of coaching or wellbeing practices.

● Comply with all relevant UK and EU safeguarding laws and ethical standards.



Raising and Responding to Concerns

If you have a safeguarding concern relating to yourself or someone else, you should contact Chapwell Method LTD immediately at [email protected] 07766671398.

We will:

● Take all concerns seriously.

● Respond sensitively and respectfully.

● Involve appropriate agencies or authorities where necessary.

● Maintain confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect individuals at risk.

Confidentiality and Boundaries

● Coaching and wellbeing support are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

● Where safeguarding concerns suggest risk of harm to self or others, Chapwell Method LTD reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

● We will always aim to be transparent if such action becomes necessary.


Ongoing Review

We regularly review and update this Safeguarding Policy to ensure it reflects best practice and current legislation.
