Vikki will provide clear information about perimenopause and menopause, including common symptoms, treatment options, and practical advice for managing this life stage.
🌟Workshop 2: Human Design: Be You with Lena Henderson.
In this workshop you’ll explore your energetic makeup through the lens of Human Design, a self-discovery system that weaves ancient wisdom, with modern science to reveal how your energy is designed to work.
🌟Workshop 3: Fasting in Harmony with your Hormones with Sarah Wilkinson
This workshop will help you understand how fasting can support your energy, sleep, mood and metabolism during perimenopause and menopause, without restriction, pressure, or forcing your body to fit rigid rules.
🌟Workshop 4: Colour & Confidence with Nicole Beeby-Oliver
In this session, you’ll explore how colour analysis can bring out parts of your personality that may have felt hidden or lost. You'll be introduced to the four seasons, demonstrate the visible impact of colours, and discuss the personality traits linked to each season.
