Becoming One State Swim

The Timeline
March 17
You can log in to our new booking system starting on this day; however, please note that adjustments and new bookings for lessons between 17 March and 31 March are temporarily unavailable. However, adjustments and new bookings from 1 April can be made in the new system from March 17.
During this period, any changes or new bookings cannot be processed online during this period. If you need to adjust a booking or schedule a new session, please visit your swim school in person or give us a call.
The new booking system will be fully operational, and you can manage your bookings online as usual. Additionally, this is when our new class names will take effect across all locations. You will be sent an email informing you of the updated name for your class.
Our New Look
As we reunite the two State Swim families, we’re excited to introduce our refreshed brand identity! You’ll notice our updated logo, enhanced signage, and a cohesive visual style across all our schools. This evolution represents a new chapter in our history—one that celebrates our shared journey and our commitment to delivering an exceptional swim school experience.
New Program Names
Starting April 1, you’ll see updated program and class names that align with the wider State Swim group. While the names are new, rest assured you’ll receive the same high quality aquatic education. We will be emailing customers to inform you of your new class name. You won't have to do anything, your current enrolment will be automatically updated.
Booking System Upgrade
Our new booking system is designed with you in mind—making it easier than ever to manage your family’s swim classes. Here’s what to expect:
Transition Begins: On March 17, we switch to our new system. You can log in right away; however, please remember that online booking adjustments and new bookings won’t be available until April 1.
Digital Blackout Period (March 17 – April 1): During this time, if you need to make any changes, simply visit your swim school or give us a call.
Book classes for all your children from one screen.
Easily view vouchers and manage Make-Up bookings.
Check on your child’s progress in real time.
Cancel and reschedule lessons effortlessly.
Update your billing information with ease.
Using The New Booking System

Yes. Once your account has been created we will send you an invite link to create a new online account. Expect this invite to arrive in your inbox from March 17.
You can log into the new system from March 17; however, it will only allow bookings and adjustments from April 1. Bookings and adjustments between March 17 and 31 March will be manual. Please visit your swim school or call us directly for any booking changes during this period.
The changes are very minimal. The program structure and quality remain the same with an additional level added to the Learn To Swim program. The new names come into effect from April 1.
