Our process usually involves these steps: application review, initial screening (with the help of AI), Culture Index and criteria assessment , interviews with Recruitment Specialists, the hiring director or CEO and the client (if necessary), and finally the job offer.
It depends on the role, but on average it takes 2-4 weeks from application to job offer.
This role is fully remote. We’ll provide full details during your interview.
The range is competitive and based on your experience. We’ll share details during the job offer stage, but rest assured the package includes attractive benefits.
We usually provide updates within 3–5 business days after the placement interview. However, the entire process, including the final interview, client interview, and training, typically takes around 4–6 weeks.
Yes, you can still apply only after 6 months. We consider both experience and potential, and sometimes transferable skills are just as valuable.
