She combines extensive C-suite and corporate board level experience in globally listed companies with strong organizational psychology principles to craft bespoke interventions that drive sustainable change and transformational growth. With a proven track record of tri-continental success in driving business development, improving organizational, developing high-performing teams and personal effectiveness, , she is passionate about helping organizations and leaders achieve their goals.
She brings a unique blend of practical expertise and scientific rigor to her work as a coach educator. Her strong educational background includes a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, an MBA from Cranfield University (UK), MS in Psychology, from Arizona State University, and a bachelor’s in industrial relations and Personnel Management.
In addition to her corporate strategy and coaching work, she leverages her experience in higher education instructional design, to craft impactful experiential learning and development programs. These immersive, research-informed learning experiences foster deep reflection, lasting behavioral change, and leadership growth across diverse learner groups.
