Structured training
Following a coach-led program designed to improve swimming fitness and endurance.
All strokes workout
Incorporating all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) to build a well-rounded swimming ability.
Endurance building
Gradually increasing swimming distances up to 1.5km to 2km per session to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
Adults Swim for Fitness is State Swim’s Adults squad program. This program is for adults who are looking to improve their technique for fitness, endurance or to compete in events. You’ll use this class to develop and refine strokes and dives.
Under the direction of a coach and a set program, swimmers will cover all strokes and swim between 1.5km to 2km per session.
These classes are perfect for those training for Perth’s Rottnest Channel Swim, Victoria’s Pier to Pub swim or a similar event. They are also helpful if you would like to improve your race times and achieve a personal best.
