Day 1 begin to understand your own cycle and what each phase means hormonally and nutritionally. Taking away that 'wtf just happened' feeling.
Day 2 by working with the phases of your cycle in seasons, you will gain an understanding of your body's needs and how to support it, be prepared for lotsa lightbulb moment's and I'm here for it!
Day 3 shifting our focus around 'rewarding' ourselves without sabotage. You will learn how to switch the mindset whilst also providing yourself with more glimmers and exposure to the things that light you up. Ya gal is not about deprivation here, it's all about nourishing and understanding your beautiful, clever body and learning to love it again.
