Patrick Jones

Patrick Jones is an Austin-based entrepreneur now expanding his brand into the Dallas marketplace.

For the last 10 years, Jones has managed a $100m commercial real estate portfolio consisting of apartment complexes, self-storage facilities, and a hotel in Hawaii. He has also been an avid collector and dealer of Fine Art and Antiques.

Recently, Jones sold a portion of his real estate portfolio to launch a new venture; the Patrick Jones Gallery and SoCo Modern, Two art galleries, one in Austin, and a second in Dallas, specializing in Pop, Street, and Contemporary Art. Each gallery will showcase the leading local, regional, and international artists. The Dallas gallery will offer a higher-end array of works on canvas, sculpture, and mixed media art. Marketing efforts will be placed towards working with interior designers, existing relationships with celebrities and influencers, solo shows, and a vast array of local media.

Austin, being Patrick’s home has always kept a special place in his heart and he lives by the motto of keeping it weird. The Austin gallery features some of the best rising stars of the Austin art scene as well as national and international names such as Banksy and Invader. The gallery will also showcase a little of the WEIRD side of life such as oddities and rare finds from around the world.

Art has always been his passion, with a history in real estate he also has expanded his portfolio to include unique one-of-a-kind rental properties such as CASA CARTEL, Casa Moderne, and the Kauai Shores Hotel. Infusing art and entertainment into every space, Jones tries to create a unique one-of-a-kind experience for every guest.
