Dr. Allison Heffron is a rehab-focused, evidence-based chiropractor and acupuncturist with over 11 years of hands-on experience helping people move better and train smarter. As a nationally ranked Olympic weightlifter turned roller derby skater, Dr. Allison knows firsthand what it means to push physical limits—and what it takes to come back stronger. After a severe ankle fracture that required hardware and left her with limited range of motion, she had to radically shift her approach to strength training. That journey led her to prioritize athleticism, agility, and longevity over ego-driven lifts—without ever giving up her love for moving heavy things.
