- Understand why SMART goal setting is paramount for their college, career, and life
- Start putting into practice good time management skills and understand the benefits of managing their daily schedule

Students Will:
- Leave challenged to elevate their growth through discoveries
- Identify leadership skills they’ll need to enter a pathway towards their own success
- Learn to identify their passions and how to align them with their strengths (two important components needed to succeed in careers)
Transform Workshop

Students Will:
- Put into practice key leadership skills by developing a social impact project
- Learn 4 steps to create and implement a service-learning initiative
- Learn about money fundamentals by creating a budget, study investment options, and developing good spending and saving habits
My Life Plan Workshop / 7 Mindsets
DECEMBER 2024
Students Will:
- Learn about mindfulness and the importance of creating a Life Plan
- Learn the 7 Mindsets and how to immediately put them into action daily
- Understand the importance of committing to themselves and leading a life of purpose, fulfillment, and joy
