Aqua Aerobics classes are held at select State Swim pools, in the comfort of our heated indoor pools. Aqua Aerobics classes are a great alternative to higher impact gym classes, and these classes provide swimmers with a fun group training session and the chance to make like-minded friends.
State Swim’s Aqua Aerobics classes take place over 45 mins, and each class covers a series of exercises to music, which focus on strength, conditioning, flexibility and endurance. Some classes include the option to use equipment such as noodles, dumbbells and discs to add extra resistance
