What if I'm not comfortable sharing in groups?

You'll always control what and how much you share. Many participants start hesitant and gradually open up as trust builds. You'll also benefit from others' sharing, even when listening. If it's still a sticky point - perhaps consider one on one coaching instead.

What happens if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded for participants only, and you can submit questions beforehand if you know you'll miss a live gathering. The community space helps you stay connected between meetings.

Will my specific challenges get attention?

Yes! While topics follow a curriculum, there's dedicated time for individual coaching within the group setting. Plus opportunities for personalised feedback between sessions.

Is this therapy?

No. While therapeutic, coaching focuses on present challenges and future growth rather than healing past trauma. Jani can provide referrals if therapy would better serve your needs.
